Cancellation Policy

We value your time—and ours. To provide the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy:
📅 Appointment Changes & Cancellations
* A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
* Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
🚫 No-Show Policy
* Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged a $100 no-show fee.
* Future bookings may require a non-refundable deposit.
💳 Deposits
* Certain services require a deposit to secure your appointment.
* Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if rescheduled within the 24-hour window.
⏰ Late Arrivals
* If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
* Late arrivals that cannot be accommodated will be treated as a no-show.
